So the big question going around the DVD and Simpson community is when is the real release date to the 2nd DVD. Already a few DVD retailers are taking pre-orders to this 4-DVD set which was scheduled to be out in early June, then early July and now July 23rd. Whether or not the July 23rd date will stick is still questionable. The DVD is expected to be one of the BIGGEST sellers for Fox and frankly it's no big surprise to us Simpson fans. A clip featuring an appearance of Bart on the American Music Awards (with commentary).
Interviews with executive producer James L. Brooks and creator Matt Groening.
"Do The Bartman" and "Deep Deep Troube" music videos with optional commentary, as well as a director's cut of "Do the Bartman."
Former supervising director/animator David Silverman will offer insight on the creation of an episode.
Emmy Awards presentation, three Butterfinger candy bar commercials, early drawings and still photos presented as "Easter eggs," which are semi-hidden features on many DVDs.
