The original logo for the movie was some simple yellow text, in the normal Simpsons font, on a purple background. This was used in the first teaser.
When the first movie clips rolled around, the logo had been changed to a different version with MOVIE in bold capital letters and a donut for the 'O'. The teasers also featured a black and white 'techinal drawing' version where Homer complains about the color fading. Another version - used on various posters, promos, and as seen in the design for this page above - has Homer's arm reaching for the donut.
A modified version of the above was used for the final trailers. This one is in 3D.
