We've seen it in the past, the use of Simpson names, characterists or something from the show used on something totally non-related to the show but used to draw the attention of an audience. Welcome to ToleDOH! Ohio, the new slogan of the city, in an effort to draw more people to the city uses the common Homer Simpson phrase "Doh!". City Council President Louis Escobar showed the signs to fellow councilmen yesterday and urged them to be imaginative. "Think outside the box," Mr. Escobar said. "Think Homer Simpson saying ‘Doh,’" said Councilman Ellen Grachek who, at 26, is young enough to have grown up with The Simpsons. Although this is very Homer Simpson-ish, the sign was not intended to be using Simpsonsism. Read more about it by Clicking Here.
