The first advertising promos for the Simpson's Collectors 2nd DVD set is already out. This advertisement, found in the UK release of Futurama's 1st DVD set shows proof that the set is still scheduled to be released in May of this year. We'll keep you updated.

More Rumors

We've gotten more rumors that has to do with the latest buzz circulating on this year's WoS Toys "R" Us exclusives. Main Street may yet come out in a larger version than seen in the most recent picture and with a second figure besides Crazy Old Man. Meanwhile, Treehouse of Horror 3 may have the Raven Bart figure dropped or replaced. A Clockwork Orange Bart has been ruled out however due to problems with Stanley Kubrick's estate.

Phish will make an appearance in the unknown state The Simpsons call home in an episode of the animated series scheduled for broadcast April 7, according to a Fox spokesperson. The group will perform "Run Like an Antelope" off 1991's Lawn Boy as well as a few bars of the Simpsons theme at a rally to decriminalize marijuana for medicinal purposes. - Simpsons Folder

USA lucks out on Queens Cookies

Double-chocolate cookies from Queen's Biscuits in Denmark won't be arriving on U.S.A. shores anytime soon. The company has said that, despite initial interest, Wal-Mart and Costco passed on stocking these cookies packaged in colorful tins. However, they are available in Europe and Eastern Europe, including Russia. But, don't worry U.S. collectors, we're sure you'll see this item sometime soon on EBay.

Mariner Models is planning to release this replica model of the NewsCorp VO60 sailing yacht now competing in the Volvo Ocean Race. Images of Bart Simpson decorate the boat. The model will be 18" tall and retail for $60. Too bad none of us here can build models we still have the Heller models of Bart and Homer boxed.
