Nothing to Worry About .... Till 2006

Well fans, it's official, the Simpsons are good for a run on Fox till the year 2006. This means that the show will go on the 17 Seasons! and over 75 new episodes. It's true that is was only last year that rumors of Matt wanting to end the show in 2003 were spreading. There are also new rumors that the show may also be cancelled after a Simpsons movie release which according to VideoETA.com is scheduled to come out June 2004. Now with the confirmation of the show being around till 2006 does this delay the movie? Will the movie go on for 2004? What rumors can come out of this now? On a small side note, the Simpsons 300th episode is scheduled for February 16th! Only a little more than a month away. In order to make the night a bigger hit for Fox than it would already be, the network is planning on showing a special 1 hour reunion episode of "Married with Children" right after the 300th episode. New Episode: The Dad Who Knew Too Little

Hey fans, brand new episode this Sunday (01/12). Homer goes out birthday shopping for Lisa's birthday but doesn't get a gift she likes. Lisa gets upset with the gift since it shows Homer knows nothing about her. That's when Homer hires a detective to look up info on Lisa. Unfortunately the bill for the detective runs a little too deep for Homer's wallet and he and Lisa end up going on the lam.

Interview with Matt Groening and.. MmMmM.. Pizza

Hey fans, some interesting news/interview for you from the USC Online Journalism Review. The interview is with the one and only man himself, Matt Greoning. In the interview Groening offers his views on Web cartooning, digital vs. hand-drawn animation, and how technology has changed the way we view comedy. Some other news regarding our favorite family, according to the BBC, The Simpsons is helping sell Domino's in the UK better than ever. "The rising number of single people together with interactive episodes of The Simpsons are helping Domino's Pizza grab an ever-larger slice of the £1bn pizza delivery market. Couch potatoes watching the popular 'The Simpsons' cartoons on interactive television can already order a Domino's pizza during advertising breaks. Giant Bart Pez and More

Hey fans and Pez lovers, some great news for both. Due to the popularity of the first Giant Homer Pez, the same company has decided to release next Giant Simpsons Pez dispenser featuring Bart. These dispensers are about 13 inches tall and comes with two packs of Giant Pez candy. MSRP is $22.99.

Valentines Day Gift of 2 More Guaranteed Seasons

Hey fans, some product and show news coming at you. First off, attention Kmart shoppers cause Kmart is selling the Simpsons Valentine's Day cards again this year. The box is ALMOST the same as last years. The cards are exactly the same as last years (the back cover of the box is the same as last years'). There are 32 cards total in a box with envelopes for $1.39. Big thanks to Joe for the pics!

As if a sweet Simpsons Valentine's Day card wasn't enough, it has been officially confirmed by executive producer Al Jean that the Simpsons have signed for an additional 2 years. "They just closed a deal to do two more years," Jean says. "You get to do quality work. Here in Spain I see it on television. People love it. It's the best TV job I can think of.
